Lazy Meatball Lasagna

What you’ll need:

  • 1 jar marinara sauce (24–25 oz)
  • 1¼ cups water
  • 8–10 oven-ready lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta
  • 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella, divided
  • 20–25 frozen fully cooked meatballs (½ oz)
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt

How to make it:

  1. Mix marinara, water, ricotta, and seasonings in a 9x13 dish.
  2. Add broken noodles, frozen meatballs, spinach, and half the mozzarella.
  3. Stir everything together and press noodles down into the sauce.
  4. Top with remaining mozzarella, cover tightly with foil.
  5. Bake at 375°F covered 45–50 min, uncovered 10–15 min.
  6. Rest 10 min before scooping.
